“ I. Ambiance & Cleanliness (1.0/1.0) An overall cozy and clean place. Open balcony seating is perfect for dinner with the blowing breeze and under the blanket of a clear night sky with a sprinkling of stars and a full moon. There are also covered and dedicated seating that allows for a bit of separation from other guests, along with a private VIP room that can seat two separate tables of four persons. Music during out visit was slow jazz and apropos. II. Customer Service (1.0/1.0) Hands down the best thing about this place. From the moment we arrived, we were guided with the albeit limited parking and ushered into the place our choice of the VIP room or the balcony seating. Althroughout, the staff were very attentive and accommodating with all our queries and requests, and admirably proactive when clearing out the dishes and giving timely provisions. Even upon leaving, you can still feel their energy when they send you off. Note: They also offer a Birthday Greeting song and dance to celebrants, as I witnessed with another family. III. Taste & Presentation (0.5/1.0) To be honest, food was just okay. Flavor was not great but not bad either. Presentation (especially the scallops) can be improved while the taste just depends on your preference and standard. (My personal standard when it comes to seafood is Doris Diner) IV. Price versus Worth (0.5/1.0) A bit too pricey considering the taste and presentation. But then again, not totally against it since I see it as paying partly for the great customer service. V. Accessibility & Convenience (0.5/1.0) This is the only somewhat significant issue with the place. It is difficult to access via an unpaved rocky single lane road leading to a dead end under a bridge with limited space to back-up. There are only two proper parking spaces in front and another one at the back enclosed by a gate, while additional vehicles will have to park beside the road which sometimes restricts movement. However, the staff are proactive and kind enough to assist you from the moment you arrive, while you are parking, and until you leave. × 1.0 = Ambiance & Cleanliness × 1.0 = Customer Service × 0.5 = Taste & Presentation × 0.5 = Price versus Worth × 0.5 = Accessibility & Convenience TOTAL = 3.5 (or 4) ”
“ Access to this place can be a bit difficult with it not really along a main road. The road can also be very muddy depending on the season. Parking slot can only accommodate at most 3 cars but more on a comfortable 2 car parking slot. The place is nice though with good ambiance. They have a nice selection of seafood with different ways of preparation. The servers are also courteous, prompt, and helpful in picking dishes if you are new to the place. Depending on delivery they can serve you good sized mud crabs if thats what you are looking for. Some dishes were really good with some not that good although they really weren't that bad. The price though is a bit out there so you have to be careful especially if you are on a budget. Not that expensive but I wouldn't call it cheap either. ”
